The Colts on Wednesday placed linebacker Joe Bachie on injured reserve and signed linebacker Germaine Pratt to the 53-man roster.
Head coach Shane Steichen earlier Wednesday said theColts had signed Pratt. Placing Bachie on injured reserve opened a spot on the 53-man roster, then, for Pratt.
Bachie started five games for the Colts this season and totaled 26 tackles with one pass break-up. The six-year veteran has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles (2020) and Cincinnati Bengals (2021-2024). He will miss a minimum of four games while on injured reserve.
